At Gulf Coast Associates, Realtors and Metro Mortgage Company, we're personal, low-key, and exclusive in providing SW Florida real estate and lending services to our clientele. We've been privately owned and operated for nearly 20 years and believe that our knowledge and expertise is better suited for a more select group of clients who want the extra attention, education, and dedication that our companies provide. We are not trying to become, nor do we compete, with the larger franchise operations. Our straight forward approach always separated us from the competition and has been rewarding to both our clients and us.
Focusing on this approach, the companies' principals, incorporated into their business plan the forming of a group of like minded Realtor® and Lender associates dedicated to offering real estate and lending services by concentrating on information, education and the use of leading edge technologies. In their opinion, only an educated consumer can make an intelligent and well thought out decision for selling, purchasing or mortgaging their most precious possession - their Southwest Florida home. This approach is what led Metro Mortgage Company to become the 6th largest lender in the Mid-West and what is now propelling both firms' growth and recognition in Southwest Florida.

Company Background
Gulf Coast Associates, Realtors® and Metro Mortgage Company of SW Florida, Inc., are owned and operated by Benjamin and Terry Lynn Dona. They live in Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs, Florida and have 30 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage lending. Since relocating thirteen years ago from the St. Louis Metropolitan area, they've concentrated on making SW Florida their home and have embraced the beautiful southern lifestyle it offers.
By combining their individual business and communication skills, they have been able to put together a successful group of individuals who would love nothing more than to make you another of their many happy and satisfied clients.
