Follow-up RSS Comments Feed or Leave a TrackbackYour 2009 sales figures look pretty good compared to 2008. I can think of many agents who have seen sales volumes fall lower than their 2008 figures. A 44% fall in days on the market is encouraging too!
Numbers look good! I know we are only 3 weeks into 2010, but I can tell that 2010 is going to be great and tons better than 2009.
No doubt about it Ashlee.
I did not think that after the numbers we put up here in 2009 (most yearly sales ever)that anything could surpirise me. Boy, was I wrong. Since the day after Christmas, things have just exploded here. Properties are flying off the market. The only downside is our inventory is shrinking dramatically. Makes the pickings quite slim for folks looking to get a property.
I agree with above comments. Really good sales figure in 2009. Thanks for this information, it is really informative for me and others who read this blog.
Wow – thanks for brining my attention to the area of Barefoot Beach – gorgeous. My husband and I are considering warmer weather for my health, and because our businesses are home based. Florida is our likely destination in the next few years. Will have to check Barefoot Beach out!
It looks like paradise and the properties by the white sandy beach make it well worth the price. I live in the high desert, so I rarely ever get to see a large body of water. It would be great to live in a place like that.
