Follow-up RSS Comments Feed or Leave a TrackbackInteresting post. It’s nice to read some positive news about the industry from time-to-time, especially in Florida. It has been previously reported that home sales are down and home ownership is at a record low. It’s nice to see Bonita Springs doing so well.
Interesting that the average sales price for homes is so much higher than the median sales price. My understanding is that there would need to be some really high priced sales to make this happen. Do you know of any high priced sales over the year in Bonita Springs?
Of the 862 sales, 303 were over $300K. Of those, 152 were over $500K and 49 were over $1 million.
