In comparison with 2007 sales data, we’ve seen a 39% increase in the number of home sales and a whopping 115% increase in the number of condominium sales. The average price of homes decreased by 12% and the average price of condominiums decreased by 8%. Average days on market rose by 10% for homes and fell by 6% for condominiums. In addition, pending sales also rose by 27% in the month of June and thus will help make for a good beginning to the third quarter sales numbers.
