In comparison with 2007 sales data, we’ve seen a 21% increase in the number of home sales and a 39% increase in the number of condominium sales. The average price of homes decreased by 20% and the average price of condominiums decreased by 22%. Average days on market rose by 29% for homes and by 2% for condominiums. In addition, pending sales also rose again in the month of June for both homes and condominiums and thus will help make for a good beginning to the third quarter sales numbers.
