In comparison with 2010 sales data, we saw a 36% increase in the number of Heritage Bay home sales and a 39% decrease in the number of Heritage Bay condo sales. The average price for homes fell by 16% while the average price for condominiums rose by 15%. Average days on market fell by 18% for homes and by 15% for condominiums.
