T he mid year 2008 Lely Resort market statistics for both homes and condominium sales are listed below. Lely Resort is an upscale gated golf community with excellent amenities and is considered one of Naples premier communities.
Encompassing 3,000 acres of lakes and preserves, Lely Resort is a sophisticated and luxurious style of living conveniently located near Naples' beaches and 5th Avenue shopping. In addition, the community has 54 holes of truly championship golf designed by Robert Trent Jones, Lee Trevino and Gary Player and features the completely renovated Players Club & Spa. The development offers a variety of single family homes, villas and condominiums from which to choose and its ambiance epitomizes the Southwest Florida living experience.

Lely Resort Home Sales January-June 2008*:

- Median Sales Price - $540,000
- Average Days on Market - 195
- Price/Square Foot - $247.31
Lely Resort Condominium Sales January-June 2008*:
- 29 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $268,013
- Median Sales Price - $250,000
- Average Days on Market - 149
- Price/Square Foot - $165.27
In comparison with 2007 sales data, we saw a 60% increase in the number of home sales and a dramtic 223% increase in the number of condominium sales. The average price for homes fell by 8% while the average price for condominiums fell by 22%. Average days on market fell by 12% for homes and by 4% for condominiums. There are currently 125 homes and 150 condominiums for sale in Lely Resort. Examples include homes in Prestwick Place and Mustang Island for under $500K, and in Ole and Falcons Glen for under $400K. Condominiums include 60 units in 15 different communities including Ole, Greenlinks and Sunstone for under $300K.
