The first quarter 2008 Lely Resort real estate market statistics for both homes and condominiums are listed below. Lely Resort is one of Naples premier gated communities.

The development offers a variety of single family homes, villas and condominiums, most with stunning golf and water views. The community also offers 54 holes of truly championship golf designed by Robert Trent Jones, Lee Trevino and Gary Player and features the completely renovated Players Club & Spa.

Lely Resort Home Sales Jan-Mar 2008*:

- Average Sales Price - $619,568
- Median Sales Price - $527,500
- Average Days on Market - 212
- Price/Sq. Foot - $251.92
Lely Resort Condominium Sales Jan-Mar 2008*:
- 10 Closed Sales
- Average Sales Price - $295,300
- Median Sales Price - $288,000
- Average Days on Market - 179
- Price/Sq. Foot - $168.68
In comparison with 2007 sales data, we saw a 37% increase in the number of home sales and a 66% increase in the number of condominium sales. We also have seen a 21% decrease in the average price for homes and a 18% decrease in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 6% for homes and by 15% for condominiums. There are currently 143 homes and 137 condominiums for sale in Lely Resort. Examples include 6 Mustang Island homes and 3 Prestwick Place homes under $450K. Condominiums include 26 units in 10 different neighborhoods all under $250K.
