  • Average List to Sales Price - 83%

In comparison with 2008 sales data, we saw a 20% decrease in the number of home and condominium sales and a 21% decrease in their average selling price. Average days on market fell by 3%.

Slowing just 20% in that price range doesn't sound too bad, but it looks like prices took a significant hit. I expect you will continue to see that.

It's defintely happening to many of the higher end properties.

To be honest, it's about time. A whole bunch of the high end sellers still have not accepted that their properties are worth less too.
