The mid year 2010 Naples real estate market statistics for both home and condominium sales are listed below.

Naples is just south of Ft. Myers and Bonita Springs, and is known as the "Crown Jewel"  of SW Florida's Gulf Coast. It is a truly cosmopolitan, quaint, and cultural city and has transformed itself into a dynamic international and world renown destination.

This is where you can enjoy outstanding outdoor sports, such as fishing, trekking or canoeing. And don't forget, Naples' famed beaches offer miles upon miles of white sandy havens where you can spend hours doing nothing more than just relaxing.

Hearing numbers like that makes me want to scream. That is awesome! We did not have such great numbers this last quarter in Park City, but that will change as the season changes. The great thing about this market will be in the years to come when our children say how hard it is and we will just sit back and say, "Son, you have no clue what hard is all about. I lived through the worst time since the depression when it comes to housing." That will be great to say. Congrats on your numbers and here is to the future!
