Naples Condominium Sales Mid Year 2010*:
- 1,942 Closed Sales (1,343 in 2009)
- Average Sales Price – $327,198
- Median Sales Price – $154,000
- Average Days on Market – 177
- Average Sales Price/Square Foot – $168.01
- The list to sales price average was 91.07%.
Naples Closed Sales – 2006 to 2010
In comparison with 2009 sales data, we saw a 29% increase in the number of home sales and a 44% increase in the number of condominium sales. We also have seen a 8% increase in the average price for homes and a 3% increase in the average price for condominiums. Average days on market rose by 10% for homes and 6% for condominiums.
The city offers a wide variety of living options and price ranges. Many of the more well known communities like Grey Oaks, Lely Resort, Mediterra and The Vineyards have some really well priced homes or condominiums available.

We did not have such great numbers this last quarter in Park City, but that will change as the season changes. The great thing about this market will be in the years to come when our children say how hard it is and we will just sit back and say, “Son, you have no clue what hard is all about. I lived through the worst time since the depression when it comes to housing.” That will be great to say. Congrats on your numbers and here is to the future!
