Good news for Florida's real estate market. Funny how there was a huge backlash in the 80s when the Japanese were buying up everything in sight and not a single peep today as the Chinese, Canadians and Indians do the same.

I can understand Europeans and Canadians buying up property in sunny Florida, but why South Americans? Interesting.

Wow, $13 Billion?! That's a very large amount of international buyers. We get quite a few in Arizona as well but I don't think it's quite as high.

We are seeing a huge amount of international buyers here in Arizona also. Similar to Florida, our market has been hit hard and the dollar still being weak, it’s a great time to buy a second home.

$13 billion just from international buyers is crazy! I wonder what the median selling price was of those homes.
