Located just north of Bonita Beach Road and west of 41, this 2,400 acre master planned community will be home to approximately 3,300 residents when completed in 2010. A deep water marina can accommodate nearly any size boat with a maximum draft of three feet. There are 90 wet slips and 330 dry slips for storing your boat of up to 36' in length. At The Marina Club members enjoy social and dining privileges to Backwater Jacks and a private Marina dining room located at the basin. The Marina Club also offers a bait shop, fuel, and a fully stocked Ship's Store.
Bonita Bay residents may also take pleasure in a fitness center with an adjoining tennis and swim complex offering 18 hydro-grid courts, heated lap pool and cabana and dressing rooms. All in all, Bonita Bay offers an upscale way of living, exceptional amenities, environmental stewardship, and is considered the flagship community by its developer for this area of Southwest Florida.
