Florida New Home Builders Showcase of Homes for Sale

Two new niche single-family home communities are now just about ready to go on Pre-Construction purchases. The first, by Neal Communities, is called Estero Place. It is located at the corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road. Neal has just completed (90% sold in 15 months) Villa Palmeras across the street and this new community is likely go just as quickly. Neal is building an upscale and quality home at very reasonable pricing. New homes in Estero Place will start at $297K for a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage model and go up to the mid to high $300's for a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 3 Car Garage home.

The second is Palazzo at Naples by Toll Brothers. It is located on Valewood Drive just north of Immokalee Road. Its new model's should be up by late October and Pre-Construction purchases will likely start soon thereafter. Final homes designs and pricing are not yet available, but prices are likely to be in the $300K to $400K range.
