Florida New Home Builders Showcase of Homes for Sale
Two new niche single-family home communities are now just about ready to go on Pre-Construction purchases. The first, by Neal Communities, is called Estero Place. It is located at the corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road. Neal has just completed (90% sold in 15 months) Villa Palmeras across the street and this new community is likely go just as quickly. Neal is building an upscale and quality home at very reasonable pricing.
