Builder Community Showcase
Nestled on 850 acres of preserve and almost 500 acres of boatable lakes, The Quarry is surrounded by some of the most beautiful wetlands in Southwest Florida. Featuring six neighborhoods ranging from the mid $300s to the millions, The Quarry is constructed around the Hurdzan-Fry golf course and Golf Lodge and includes the Lake Lodge which is home to a sandy beach, fitness center, spa, pool, and informal grill and bar. Mirasol, located in the heart of Bonita Springs is offering preconstruction 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condominium and townhome residences starting from the $200s. With its central location near the new Coconut Pointe Mall, you are just minutes from fine dining, golf courses, the beach and more.
Welcome to North Naples' newest, and only, bundled golf community. Nestled on 675 acres of preserve, lakes, and 27 holes of championship golf, Heritage Bay is Naples' hottest new gated and planned golf community. Featuring The Terrace condominiums from the mid $200s, the Verandah condos with one car garage and starting at $290, the Coach Homes which are two car garage homes with only 4 to a building in the mid $300s, and single family homes starting in the mid $500s.
