At the Grand Clubhouse, where its dining facilities are on par with fine restaurants, you'll enjoy small alcoves for private seating, a full service salon and spa, luxurious locker rooms, a health and fitness center, eight red clay Hydro courts, and the spectacular Solarium pool, under glass, and lagoon style. There are full service golf and tennis shops, and professionals at every amenity in Quail West, not just the tennis and golf pros. A unique feature at Quail West is their Wine Grotto, where you can sample wines surrounded by vaulted ceilings and ambient lighting and where for a small uncorking charge you can relax and try the spirits or take home a bottle.

Golf at Quail West

Every resident in Quail West must be a member of the Club with either a House Membership or a full Golf Membership. A House Membership entitles you to all of the amenities at Quail West with limited golf access. The fee at the time of closing for membership is currently $25,000 with annual fees of just a little over $5,000. Full golf membership is $75,000 and approximately $14,000 in annual dues. Quail West is one of the few private clubs that permit personal use of golf carts.

The Club at Barefoot Beach Memberships

Quail West has joined with The Club at Barefoot to offer a limited amount of beach club memberships to their residents. This incredible Beach Club is located just adjacent to the Barefoot Beach Preserve and offers both fine and casual dining, tennis, Gulf front loungers and umbrellas with Beach Rangers who will serve both food and drink on the sand. There are not that many memberships available and the initiation fee is $5,000 and $450 per year for 2014.
