About Spring Run Homes for Sale
The picturesque course winds through the community to the superb country club where you meet your friends and neighbors for dining and drinks after a round on the links. Gordon Lewis designed the Audubon certified course at Spring Run and it's meticulously maintained, boasting 18-holes, six sets of tees, playing nearly 7,000 yards, and is par 72 - this is a fun and challenging course for every level of play. The 15,000 square foot Country Club was recently renovated and upgraded for the residents' enjoyment and the added value to the overall community. If golf is not your game, for your outdoor pleasure, there's a heated pool and Jacuzzi, Cabana, plentiful chaise lounges and umbrellas on the sundeck for just basking in the sun or enjoying your favorite novel. The Homes, Villas, and Condos at Spring Run
There are ten neighborhoods within Spring Run and 20 neighborhood associations. Three of the communities feature approximately 140 single family homes. The homes in Silver Creek, Willow Creek and Whisper Creek feature panoramic views of the course, lakes, and preserves. These are the largest homes in Spring Run and they offer two plus dens to four bedrooms and a den with two or three baths. Each home also offers a two car attached garage. Square footage on these homes ranges from a little less than 1,600 to nearly 2,400 SF. These homes are not often on the market for re-sale. Their asking prices range from the mid-$300s to almost $500,000, depending upon the upgrades and view. Most of these homes have in-ground, outdoor pools and some feature outdoor kitchens on the screened lanai.
Villas at Spring Run are attached; contain two bedrooms plus a den, or three bedrooms, with 2 baths, and 2 car attached garages. This floor plan is a good choice for second home owners who come in the fall and stay throughout the spring as the cost is less than a larger more customized home. However, villas "live" like a small home, it's all on one level, roomy, and have a well-designed floor plan. The square footage ranges from 1,400 to nearly 1,600 SF and their prices range from mid-$200s to mid-$300s. There are two neighborhoods with attached villas, Sabal Cove and Coral Cove and they contain a little over 80 homes. Every villa enjoys relaxing views of preserves, the course, and sparkling lakes in the rear on the screened patio where you can barbeque and chat with friends and family members while soaking in the sea breezes and warm winter weather that Southwest Florida Gulf coast offers to owners.
Hidden Lakes and Autumn Lakes are condominiums in our carriage home design. Here there are eight homes to a building with one unit upstairs and one downstairs and an attached garage. Owners enjoy a screened balcony in the rear for relaxing with family and friends and just watching the wildlife that abounds in Spring Run. It's not uncommon to see deer feeding and Great Heron or Bald Eagles soaring over the course in the early evening. Second floor units are nearly 1,800 SF, with volume ceilings, and the first floor homes are just over 1,500 square feet - plenty of space for you and guests. There are approximately 300 attached villas in Spring Run; and, they are very popular for snow-birds who want to play golf, but not have the investment of such a large home for their vacations. Prices range from the mid-$150s to the low $300s and all homes enjoy views of the course, lakes, or the natural preserves that beautifully complement living in Spring Run.
The least expensive condominiums at Spring Run are in Streamside, Sunset Stream, and Winding Stream and they include carports, two or two plus a den with two baths. Units are either a second floor or first floor home. The square footage for condos in these three neighborhoods range from just over 1,100 square feet for the first floor homes to just under 1,600 square feet for the second floor. Prices are from the low $100s to the higher $100s. This style of living is perfect for those who jump on a plane to play a few rounds and re-charge their batteries. This is a very popular choice in a bundled golf community as the initial outlay for purchasing is significantly less than other housing options. There are just over 300 condominiums in these sizes and price range. And, they frequently sell fully furnished so all you have to bring is your toothbrush and clubs.
